Here are the Cheat codes as follows....

IBM Cheats:

Simcity 2000:

IMACHEAT:  $500,000 and all rewards (all)
PRISCILLA:  Debug menu with options (95/98)

FUND:  Gives a $10,000 bond @ 25% (all)

Fund bug:  Start a new city, but before you do anything, type FUND.  Simcity 2000 will ask you if you want a bond 25%.  Click YES.  Type FUND again, and get another 25% bond.  Go to your budget window, click on bonds, and issue another bond.  The new bond will have a rate of .%. percent, which is where the bug in the program is.  This should give you $1.4 million every January. (some 98/98 versions)

Type in CASS to get a small amount of money, but this could cause a fire storm, even with NO DISASTERS on! (all)

DOS:

PORN:  Guy says "I can't get enough!"
VERS:  Your version of Simcity 2000.
MEMY:  Memory check.
HECK, DARN:  All residential zones will form into churches.  There is no way to reverse this process.

All:

Magic eraser:  Click on the tree icon.  Click on a building, or other object, and push at the same time.  The building disappears, but the population and property values stays the same.  New sims can build over that same land without any disturbance.
MOSES:  Starts a large flood.
NOAH:  Stops the large flood.

VAUDEVILLE:  Type this, and a Launch Arcology  with a black hat dances across the screen, then back again.  There are no consequences for this.

Press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+C together to bring up typing window.  Try typing these codes one at a time to get all these options, and hit ENTER.

I AM WEAK:  Everything is free.
CALL COUSIN VINNIE:  Go to the 'MEET' window and you will be offered $100,000.
ZYXWVU:  Use the cheat above, but decline the money.  Then enter this cheat to get the Simcity Castle.
GARBAGE IN,GARBAGE OUT:  All garbage buildings are available.
POWER TO THE MASSES:  All power plants are available.
WATER IN THE DESERT:  All water facilities are available.
PAY TRIBUTE TO YOUR KING:  Gives you all rewards.
SALT ON:  Makes all fresh water salt water.
SALT OFF:  Makes all salt water fresh water.
